2. Using this website

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the shop.

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

We may update these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. We suggest reading them again before ordering.

3. Products and health information

We sell food supplements and nutrition products. They are foods, not medicines. They do not treat, prevent or cure any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet, a healthy lifestyle or advice from your doctor.

Nothing on this site — product descriptions, articles or any other content — is medical or individual dietary advice, a diagnosis, or a course of treatment, and reading it creates no dietitian–client relationship. If you have a health concern, speak to your doctor.

Any results described by other clients are their own. Results vary from person to person and nothing here should be taken as a promise of the same outcome.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, speak to your doctor before use. Keep out of the reach of small children.

Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging and formulation may be changed by the manufacturer; the ingredients and allergen information on the product you receive are the ones that apply.

4. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.

Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

Obvious pricing errors are not binding. If a product's price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email after payment is authorised.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the product is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

Stock levels shown are our best information at the time. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

6. Payment and security

Payment is by card, processed on a secure page hosted by Viva Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Your connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and the payment page itself is hosted and secured by Viva Payments.

We issue retail receipts. If you need an invoice, contact us before placing the order.

Cash on delivery is not available.

7. Delivery, returns and withdrawal

Delivery, returns and refunds are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: we deliver within Greece, usually within 2-3 working days. As a consumer you have a 14-day right to withdraw, subject to the exceptions the law allows for sealed goods, and a two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care over this site and the information on it, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

We are liable for loss we cause by failing to meet our obligations under these terms or by negligence. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, trade names and design — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by Greek, EU and international law.

You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the site remain the property of their owners; showing them grants no right to use them.

10. Your responsibilities as a user

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, upload anything harmful, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

Keep the details you give us accurate and up to date — we rely on them to fulfil your order and to reach you about it.

If you damage the site or the systems it runs on, you are responsible for the cost of putting it right.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first — most things are resolved quickly at contact@thenutrifixers.gr.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you may refer the matter to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or to another certified alternative dispute resolution body. Either of us may also propose mediation under Greek law. None of this affects your right to go to court.

12. Personal data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. To fulfil an order we share what is necessary with our payment provider and, where relevant, the courier or locker operator.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law, including Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection as amended, and by the mandatory consumer protections of EU law. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by contract.

If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

For any dispute arising from these terms the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
